Definitely! Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any special tasks that you would like to be applied to your service.

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you, if possible.  To  use of green products is an option.  Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the respective numbers and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment like cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services such as cleaning inside of the fridge and inside of the oven. Those services can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

If you are located in Central Florida, we would be happy to service your cleaning needs.

When you book service at, an account is automatically created for you.  Simply enter the required details, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. As an option, you can create and log into your account at this link

Manage Your Account

You may use our website by simply going to the booking form to schedule your cleaning, or you may give us a call if any issues arise.

Log into your account at to update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be denoted as your default card.

You may log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. You may also give us a call and we will update your address for you.

You may go to and there will be a “Forgot your password?” link that will enable you to reset your password.

You may log into your account at and under your name in the top right, there will be an option to change your password.

Pricing & Policies

A time window is assigned to arrival periods in order to allow for the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises. Please note that we do allow a shorter window of one-hour for our 8:30 AM time slot.

You may enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us so we can assist you.

There are a few different discounts allocated for specific uses. Some discounts are for first-time customers only, for one-time use only or for a specific time-frame. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have questions.

Log into your account at and you will see any outstanding giftcards and their respective balances. You will also be able to view any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend.

Log into your account and obtain your referral ID.  Share your referral ID with friends and if they book through your referral ID, your friend automatically gets a $25 discount and you earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to future service.

Absolutely! You may enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking.  Your final price will automatically change to reflect your balance after the coupon is applied.  At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that have already been completed.

Trust & Safety

If our service is not to your expectations, please let us know. We will send a cleaning team to make it right (within 7 days). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with the service, we will offer a full refund.

If you’re not happy with our service, we will come out and re-clean (within 7 days). If you still think that we didn’t do a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we will issue you refund.

Yes, they do.  Maid Incredible runs a detailed, nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

We currently have three levels of security in place. Firstly, our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security.  Thirdly, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. Additionally, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured, we take security extremely seriously.

If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. Please inform us right away and we’ll be happy to take care of it.  That’s our promise to you!

All of our cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only a handful of applicants end up working as a Maid Incredible certified cleaner.
